Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a lovely area with a beautiful rear garden. The rooms are comfortable with a bath, tea making facilities, and easy chairs, but it lacks oven equipment. The service, including housekeeping, was satisfactory. Its location is convenient but had issues with taxi availability, although it's close to Alton Towers. The dining experience was fresh at 8.45am and included. The facilities are adequate, offering a pleasant stay.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was very accommodating. Although the dining choices were a bit limited, the overall experience was fantastic. The location is perfect, especially for attending the Y Not festival, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
The hotel is nestled in a lovely area and is conveniently close to Alton Towers. The rooms are well-equipped with tea making facilities, easy chairs, and a bath, but lacked oven equipment. The service was exceptional with great housekeeping. The dining experience, though included, could be better with more choices, especially for breakfast. The hotel's location is fantastic, especially for those attending the Y Not festival. Overall, a good value for the money but lacking some facilities.
